Anger.
Anger isn’t something we usually talk about when we post about personal growth, awakening, healing.
It’s not even a word used very often when we’re talking about what those “dysfunctional patterns” and bad habits.
It’s almost shameful to admit you struggle with explosive, angry reactions, but sometimes that is the real truth of it.
I have been there.
I struggled with controlling my anger and my reactions most of my life.
I was always the one known for her “temper.”
Even my kids used to be worried about getting me angry, because I was a yeller, oh boy.
I remember feeling like someone else was operating my body,
I would be caught in these loops of getting angry, exploding and then feeling terrible about it.
I used to observe myself starting and not be able to stop.
“Old tapes”, my mother would call it.
Not anymore.
You can rewire your reactions.
You can break the anger loops and cycles.
With focused inner work, self-awareness and stark honesty, you can shift that.
That’s one of the areas of expertise I work in with my clients.
It worked for me.
It can work for you too.
You don’t need to be ashamed anymore.
I’m opening up just a few new 1:1 mentorship spots for March,
For a limited time, I’m offering 50% off your first call with me.
Are you ready to shift?

Season 2 of Soul Speak is vibing high!
It's my pleasure to release this second episode of the new season, a conversation with relationship coach David Miller.
My guest has such an authentic and open hearted way of communicating, I think you'll really enjoy listening to him share about masculine men and energy dynamics in relationship.
We explored questions like:
How does a masculine man see the world?
What are men currently experiencing in this modern day society?
Is there a masculine crisis and what is it traced back to?
What does a man need from his woman to feel safe, loved & appreciated?
When does a woman step out of her feminine and into her masculine, and what impact does that have on the relationship?
What does a woman need to know to better understand her man?
David helps us untangle common misunderstandings & detrimental attitudes within relationships & shines a light for women on how to better understand men and what they need.

🌟 The universe is always ready and waiting to provide, and all it takes is opening the door just a crack.
I won’t lie, I haven’t been in flow for the last three months, most especially the last two months. 😔
My daughter suffered a concussion and injury to her neck that has completely taken over all of my time, energy, focus and attention.
To say things have been stressful is an understatement.
I have felt crushed and overwhelmed. 💔
However, something amazing happened when I opened the door a just a crack, opened my mind and took some semblance of control back.
I reset my outlook, and the universe peeked through,
Just like my chocolate lab who sits outside the bathroom door waiting for me. 🐶
This isn’t the first time that it has happened, but I had forgotten it in the depths of my despair and worry.
When I allow myself to see that things will be okay,
When I take care of myself,
Remember that I am strong, 💪
And reiterate to myself that this won’t be forever,
The universe begins to kick into ...
In case you needed this today.
Just keep hanging in there.
This too shall pass.💕
